Spring is in the Air

Spring 2021

It has been quite a year!

I am truly thankful for the technology that has enabled me to promote and sell my art online, facilitate classes and workshops, and stay in communication with my art community and all of you.

I continue to be artist-in-residence for the City of Greenbelt, Maryland.

While all my teaching is online for now, I’m thrilled to be teaching for the Creative Aging initiative and more through Art Works Now, and to be teaching art workshops and Tuesday night ukulele strum-a-long for Greenbelt Recreation Arts.

I have taught over 250 private ukulele lessons in 2020 and continue to do so into 2021.

We have even celebrated with quarterly online recitals!

It has been a lifesaver to have been able to access my art studio during the pandemic.

This has enabled me to create a lot of new work such as the Maryland Wildlife series and commissioned pieces.
